Fotodotis is an expert in tax and private wealth law. He has an extensive practice advising on corporate tax considerations affecting company structures and all aspects of business planning, as well as on significant corporate, commercial and financial transactions and agreements. Fotodotis is an expert in domestic and cross border lifetime and post death wealth and estate planning. He represents clients in high value tax controversy matters before the Dispute Resolution Directorate and administrative courts. During his extensive career, he has worked at Big Four accountancy firms and most recently was acting head of the Tax Department at a leading industrial company. Fotodotis authors Digital Economy and Current Tax Practices and Taxation of non-profit legal entities and co-authors the Code of Tax Procedure (all Nomiki Vivliothiki) and is extensively published in tax and financial journals.
