We have an opening for an associate to join our team. You will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including acting in an advisory capacity and in the context of cross border transactions, advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, tax planning as well as tax controversy and wealth and estate planning.
We have an opening for an associate to join our team. You will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including acting in an advisory capacity and in the context of transactions, advising on the employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, privatisations and transfers of undertaking.
We are looking to hire two lawyers, an Associate and a Senior Associate, to join our team. You will be working on advisory and transactional matters across residential, touristic, commercial and industrial assets and exposed to a broad variety of work. Your responsibilities will include advising on all types of real estate corporate transactions involving real property asset portfolios and companies, M&As, joint ventures, sale and leaseback, restructuring and financial leasing deals.
