Our Tax Team

We have a fully comprehensive tax practice which advises private and public companies, and individuals, both on a standalone basis and as part of an integrated service across our transactional and disputes teams. Our team identifies, anticipates and deals with tax issues, risks and compliance arising in a business or private context. Our team is highly experienced in advising individuals and families on wealth and estate planning, the protection of assets, cross-border and domestic estate administration, the implications of the implementation of the OECD Guidelines and EU Directives on exchange of information. We offer advice on personal tax liabilities, tax planning,  post-death planning, and co-ownership of assets. We have an expertise in wealth and succession planning, often developing innovative structures to enable our clients to make use of, transfer and eventually devolve their wealth. We also represent clients in high value tax and estate disputes.

Opportunity

We have an opening for an associate to join our team. You will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including acting in an advisory capacity and in the context of cross border transactions, advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, company restructurings, tax planning as well as tax controversy and wealth and estate planning.

Experience Required

Enthusiastic interest in Tax law and Private Wealth.

Must have either 1-2 years’ professional experience in Tax Law or a specialised Master’s degree (LLM) in Tax Law.

Must have a bachelor of laws and a strong academic record.

Must be able to work in both Greek and English.

Must be admitted to the Athens or one of the regional Bar Associations in Greece. Dual qualification admission is welcomed.
