Bernitsas Law advised BNP Paribas Securities Services, Intesa Sanpaolo, Banca IMI, HSBC Bank and Edison International Holding on the extension and amendment of a c.€112m bond loan, Eurobank Ergasias, Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank and HSBC Bank on the extension and amendment of a c.€112m bond loan and Eurobank Ergasias, Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank on the extension and amendment of a c.€71m bond loan, all issued by Elpedison and secured with corporate guarantees and pledges over receivables.
Elpedison is an energy production and supply company, owned by Hellenic Petroleum, Edison and Ellaktor and is one of the largest privately owned energy companies in Greece.
