Bernitsas Law has successfully represented Hellenic Healthcare Sàrl with respect to the merger clearance procedures before the Hellenic Competition Commission of its acquisition of sole control over both the IASO General SA and the HYGEIA Group. Both acquisitions were cleared unconditionally. Hellenic Healthcare Sàrl is a company controlled by funds advised by CVC.
IASO General SA was a subsidiary of IASO SA, a company listed on the Athens Exchange, and one of the largest private healthcare groups in Greece.
HYGEIA SA, the parent company of the HYGEIA Group, is also a major Greek private health provider and currently listed on the Athens Exchange.
