Bernitsas Law advised COSCO Shipping Lines (Greece) SA (COSCO), acting through Ocean Rail Logistics SA, in their acquisition of 60% of Piraeus Europe Asia Rail Logistics SA (PEARL).
Our EU, Competition & Antitrust team successfully represented Ocean Rail Logistics before the Hellenic Competition Commission in seeking clearance of the transaction which was granted in March 2020.
COSCO is a leading multinational transportation and real estate conglomerate. PEARL is a subsidiary of PEARL ltd, which provides end-to-end rail and road transport solutions and logistics services.
