Applicants should be keen to become an integral member of the firm and to build on their experience and knowledge, working within a top tier Banking & Finance practice. You will be working on a wide variety of transactions, including secured, unsecured, syndicated and bi-lateral lending, corporate financings, acquisition finance, asset finance and securitisation and sale and management of non-performing exposures, within a highly established team with significant sector specific experience.
We have an opening for a mid-level associate to join our highly established team with significant sector specific experience. You will be exposed to a wide variety of competition and antitrust matters, including novel and high-profile merger control, concerted and restrictive practices, market and sectoral investigations, abuse of dominance and State aid cases in a wide range of industry sectors. You will also provide advice to national and multinational companies on competition law matters associated with their business, including with their day-to-day compliance issues and become acquainted with other fields of law, such as data privacy and TMT.

You will be working on a wide variety of (i) capital markets offerings, transactions involving private and State controlled companies and debt and equity transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements and tender offers, and (ii) M&A transactions also involving listed companies or listed counterparties, within highly established teams with significant sector specific experience.
We have an opening for a mid-level associate to join our team. You will will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including drafting transaction documents, advising on regulatory compliance in these highly regulated industries, conducting due diligence, advising participants on the commercial, development and financing aspects of projects and domestic and cross-border transactions in the conventional and renewable energy sectors.
