Our practice is a market leader. We have acted in all the major projects to have taken place in Greece, including the Trans Adriatic Pipeline, the Greek Motorways, and the pioneering Rion-Antirion Bridge and Athens Ring Road (Attiki Odos) projects, which opened the concessions market.

We advise all market participants and count the international financing institutions, major lending banks, commercial financiers, consortia, project sponsors, construction companies, bidders and contractors with an active presence in Greece among our clients. We have acted for the EIB and the State, as well as tendering authorities. Our aim is to provide creative solutions which cater to the needs of our clients, their concerns and priorities.

Opportunity

We have an opening for a mid-level associate to join our team. You will be working on large scale project and project financing transactions, some of which have privatisation aspects, within a highly established team with significant sector specific experience.

You will be exposed to a broad variety of work, with your responsibilities including drafting project and financing documentation, advising on regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence and transaction management. A substantial proportion of your work will be in large scale international deals.

Experience Required

A minimum of three years’ professional experience is required in commercial law with exposure to Projects and Project Financing work. Candidates should have a strong academic record, preferably with postgraduate studies, and must be able to work in Greek and English.
