She advises extensively on derivatives and collateral arrangements as well as on regulatory compliance. Athanasia has significant experience in advising corporates and international and domestic credit and financial institutions on financial restructurings and insolvency proceedings. Her clients include all the major banks and financial institutions with a local presence and she has acted in innovative and ground breaking deals which have paved the way for future transactions in the banking sector. Prior to joining the Firm she worked with the Commercial Bank of Greece.
