Katia has been with the Firm since 2000 and is Head of the Employment and Aviation groups. Her vast experience in employment law includes advising on the regulatory and legislative frameworks in place, employment contracts, pensions and compensation.

She also advises on fringe benefits including stock option structures, termination of employment, collective dismissals, employee consultations, collective labour agreements and industrial relations. Katia has acted in numerous transfers of undertakings, restructurings and mergers and acquisitions, conducting due diligence and advising on the full range of employment law issues arising in these transactions.
The foundations of her extensive experience in the Aviation sector are in advising on the regulatory framework, the set-up of new owning and operating structures and mergers, acquisitions and privatisation transactions. Katia has drafted and negotiated numerous agreements for the sale, finance and lease, either operative or financial, of individual aircraft and fleets. Prior to joining the Firm, Katia was in-house counsel to Olympic Airways.
