Konstantina is an associate with the Firm which she joined in 2020.
Konstantina advises on energy related transactions, privatisations, project finance and public private partnerships. She advises clients on their participation in tenders and other public procurement procedures across a number of industry sectors. Konstantina has experience in regulatory requirements in the conventional and renewable energy sectors, in due diligence and in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Prior to joining the Firm, Konstantina represented clients before the Courts and regulatory authorities in relation to public and commercial energy related disputes.
Konstantina holds a Degree in Law from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MSc in Energy Economics, Strategy and Law from the University of Piraeus, Greece. She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2015).
