Bernitsas Law advised the American Express Group of Companies in the Greek leg of the restructuring of its Global Business Travel, and the establishment of a joint venture with the Certares Group for its business travel operations to operate under the American Express Global Business Travel brand.
Following the restructuring, American Express and the Certares investor group each have a 50 percent ownership stake in the joint venture. American Express Global Business Travel is part of the American Express group and a globally operating provider of corporate travel and meetings program management.
