Bernitsas advised Golden Age Capital at major steps of their journey from before the firm was incorporated through to the final closing of its first fund, Golden Age Capital Private Equity Fund I.

Bernitsas acted as Greek law counsel to Ethniki Insurance in connection with the issuance and offering to international and domestic institutional investors through a bookbuilding process of its inaugural €100m Restricted Tier 1 and €100m Tier 2 notes (Notes), as well as the listing of the Notes on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (Transaction).     

Bernitsas acted as Greek law counsel to Eurobank in connection with the issuance and offering to institutional investors of its new €600m Fixed Rate Green Reset Senior Preferred Notes due 2033 (Notes). The Notes were listed on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
