Bernitsas Law is acting as legal counsel to Delta Foods SMSA, a member of the Vivartia Group, in connection with the sale of its wholly owned Bulgarian subsidiary United Milk Company EAD to Tyrbul EAD, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hellenic Dairies SA. The transaction was signed in August 2022 and closing is expected by the year end.
Delta Foods SMSA is a market leader in production and distribution of dairy products and fresh fruit juices.
Hellenic Dairies SA is a dairy company operating in the Greek market and abroad.
