Bernitsas Law advised Piraeus Bank SA acting as bondholder agent and bondholder in connection with a bond loan issued by Ypato Energy SA regarding a renewable energy project in Viotia, Central Greece. Τhe bond loan is secured over PPA and O&M receivables, bank accounts, photovoltaic panels and relevant equipment, real estate and shares.
