We have successfully represented a leading Spanish manufacturer in ICC proceedings against their former Greek distributor. The Arbitral Tribunal found in favour of our client and ordered the respondent to pay the full amount of our client’s claim with interest, as well as 80% of the costs of arbitration. The respondent's counterclaims were dismissed and the Arbitral Tribunal declared that our client is under no obligation to pay a goodwill indemnity to its former distributor.
