Bernitsas Law advises on the acquisition of Med Frigo Group

Bernitsas Law advised an international investor on their participation in the acquisition of Med Frigo Group, a group of companies which operates and provides integrated services in national and international transportation and cold chain logistics. We advised on the structuring of the transaction and on obtaining necessary approval of the merger by the Hellenic Competition Commission.
