Bernitsas Law advises on Senna Securitisation of receivables

Bernitsas Law acted as a Greek law counsel to the Bank of New York Mellon acting as note trustee and security trustee in connection with the securitisation of a portfolio of non-performing loan receivables originated by Piraeus Bank (Senna Portfolio), through the issue by Senna NPL Finance DAC, an Irish securitisation SPV, of non-listed and non-rated single-tranche notes.

The Bank of New York Mellon is a global financial institution that provides a wide range of banking, investment, and asset management services, and one of the largest banks in the United States with significant presence worldwide.
