Bernitsas Law is a proud sponsor of the 1st Listed Companies Conference organised by Nomiki Vivliothiki. The event takes place on 19 April 2024 at the Wyndham Grand Athens hotel.
The Conference will discuss issues related to listed companies including function and issues, new regulatory trends, international dimensions of capital markets and next day perspectives.
Managing Partner Panayotis Bernitsas will be moderating the fifth panel, which will discuss 'Capital Markets: The Next Day' alongside esteemed speakers.
The Conference is held under the auspices of the Hellenic Association of Listed Companies, the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Athens Exchange Group, the Hellenic Investors Association, the Association of Regulatory Compliance Officers of Greece and the Greek Exporters Association.
