Bernitsas Law acted as Greek law counsel to the Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Physical Bookrunners and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the issuance and offering by Public Power Corporation SA (PPC) of its new €600m, 4.625% Senior Notes due 2031 (Notes) to international and domestic institutional investors through a bookbuilding process, and the listing of the Notes on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
The proceeds from the offering of the Notes will be primarily used to fund ongoing expansion capital expenditure projects of PPC and its subsidiaries.
The transaction was successfully priced on 23 October and closed on 30 October 2024.
