Bernitsas Law has been shortlisted for awards in five categories at the IFLR European Awards 2025.
The awards are:
- National Firm of the Year: Greece
- M&A Deal of the Year: Deal Masdar / TERNA ENERGY
- Team of the Year: M&A - Regional
- Team of the Year: Capital Markets - Regional
- Specialist Award: Financial Services Regulatory Team
IFLR's awards are unique in the market for focusing on legal innovation through dealmaking and celebrating work that improves the cross-border investment environment. All the winning deals, firms, lawyers and in-house teams will be presented at the awards ceremony, to be held at the Royal Lancaster in London on 3 April 2025.
