Bernitsas advises Golden Age Capital on the €250m closing of its inaugural Golden Age Fund I

Bernitsas advised Golden Age Capital at major steps of their journey from before the firm was incorporated through to the final closing of its first fund, Golden Age Capital Private Equity Fund I. The Fund closed at €250m in September 2026, making it one of the largest Greek funds. The fund was oversubscribed with investor demand exceeding the hard cap. The fund's anchor investor is the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments (HDBI).

Specialist advice came from Partner Tania Patsalia (Data Protection) and Counsel Maria Kloni (Employment). They were supported by a multi-membered team which included Senior Associate Christina Kechagia, Associates Stella Vasdeki and Eirini Vyzirgiannaki, and trainee Maria Triantafyllopoulou.
