Bernitsas Law Sponsors the 5th GenAI Summit: Agents at Work

Bernitsas Law is proud to sponsor the 5th GenAI Summit, taking place on Monday, 16 November 2026 at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center in Athens. The Summit brings together founders, investors, technology leaders and innovators around this year's theme: Agents at Work.

What happens to a business when agents start doing the work? Bernitsas Law brings that question to the Summit through two sessions: a closed-door workshop and a panel discussion.

Workshop: Building, Funding, Scaling and Exiting in the AI Era

AI has rewritten the start-up playbook. Founders build faster, investors analyse opportunities more efficiently, and new technology can scale globally at remarkable speed. So how do start-ups build a lasting edge, balance innovation with governance, and get ready for funding, growth and exit?

In this interactive closed-door session, hosted by Bernitsas Law, founders, funders and investors will talk through the journey from start-up to exit and the stages in between. The speakers are:

  • Maria Nefeli Bernitsa, Partner, Bernitsas Law
  • Nikos Kalliagkopoulos, Partner, Big Pi Ventures
  • Minas Liarokapis, Co-Founder & CEO, Acumino
  • Despoina Tripylioti, Investor Relations Director, Qualco

A special guest will also join, but we are keeping their identity under wraps for now. We cannot promise they will be a carbon-based lifeform.

Seats are limited and places are offered by application. Applications close on Friday, 13 November 2026, and you will need a GenAI Summit ticket to attend. Apply for the workshop.

Panel: Agentic AI: Business Transformation & Continuity

Partner Tania Patsalia will join speakers

  • George Kroupis, Agentic Information Officer Vodafone,
  • Ilia Tzortzopoulou, General Manager South East Europe, Wonderful
  • Ivan Vasylchenko, Deputy COO Snappi

on a panel moderated by Iliana Magra of Kathimerini. Each speaker comes at the topic from a very different position, and together they will cover business transformation and continuity in the age of AI agents.

The panel will consider:

  • Why do AI agents matter now?
  • What is left for humans?
  • Where should the kill switch be?
