Intellectual Property & Corporate Law – Associate
Our Intellectual Property & Corporate Team
We advise global and domestic market leaders, small to medium sized enterprises including hi-tech companies and start ups, and entrepreneurs from a range of industries, financing institutions, funds and other international investors on their corporate and commercial activities.
Our Intellectual Property practice in particular assists clients in the protection and utilization of their brands, products and designs. We advise on the creation and registration of all types of intellectual and industrial property assets, including patents, trademarks, designs and copyright.
We have vast experience in the ownership and licensing structures available to optimize the protection, enforceability, tax efficiency and exploitation of intellectual property assets. Our lawyers provide advice on compliance with the regulatory and legislative framework governing intellectual property on both an EU and National level, as well as in patent filing nationally or regionally (EPO).
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced IP lawyer to join a practice where intellectual property expertise meets the demands of a broader corporate and commercial practice. Our clients are at the forefront of innovation — and advising them means working across both IP and corporate mandates, often within the same matter.
The work spans genuine breadth: from the creation and registration of patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright through to complex licensing arrangements, IP-focused due diligence, and the corporate and commercial dimensions of client advisory.
If you are looking for a role that combines deep IP expertise with real corporate and commercial exposure, this is it.
At Bernitsas, diversity, equality, and inclusion are not policies — it is how we work. Our commitment is independently reflected in our Great Place to Work® certification and our recognition as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women and Best Workplaces™ for Young Professionals in Greece. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
