Martha is a senior associate with the Firm which she joined in 2022. She advises on various corporate and commercial law issues, including corporate transformations, mergers and acquisitions, demergers and spin-offs.
Martha assists clients on their day-to-day business and drafts commercial agreements and corporate documents. She is experienced in advising clients on establishing corporate entities in Greece and has worked for clients from a range of industries, including energy, banking and real estate. Martha regularly participates in due diligence reviews.
Prior to joining the Firm, Martha was a lawyer with EY Law. She holds a Degree in Law from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and an MSc in Business for Lawyers from ALBA Graduate Business School. She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2014).
